- The visit is arranged according to Museum availability, with entry times depending on the season.
- The full experience usually takes around 7 hours, including travel time.
- A valid passport or ID card is required for entry.
- Visitors should dress respectfully and behave appropriately, as Auschwitz-Birkenau is a memorial site.
- Please note that large luggage is not allowed inside the Museum. Bags must not exceed 35 × 25 × 15 cm.
- Airport-style security checks are carried out before entry, so we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes in advance.
